Payments for rendered services are made monthly. The Customer shall pay for services on the fact of rendering services determined on the basis of calculation of the cost of services (Appendix №2) within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of signing of the Certificate of delivery by the Parties. acceptance of rendered services in the form of Appendix No. 3, provided the Contractor provides the originals of payment documents (invoices, invoices), as well as the documents provided in the Terms of Reference ( Annex No. 1).
In case of delay in the issuance of documents required for payment by the Contractor in accordance with this section, the payment term shall be increased by the appropriate number of days of delay plus 5 (five) days. At the same time, the Customer's payment obligations specified in this section will not be considered as not fulfilled
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
