Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Calculations for services rendered are made monthly. The Customer pays for services upon the provision of services determined on the basis of the calculation of the cost of services (Appendix No. 2) within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate for the services rendered in the form of Appendix No. 3, provided that the Contractor provides originals of payment documents (invoices, invoices), as well as documents provided for in the Terms of Reference (Appendix No. 1)

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
