The following documents must be provided:

- bid for participation (according to the sample);
- signed Confidentiality Agreement with the prequalification questionnaire (forms are attached);
- technical and commercial proposal signed and EXCEL (Form 1);
- applicant's application form (Form 2);
- a certificate of the availability of human resources (Form No. 3);
- a certificate of completed projects (form No. 4);
- list of equipment and mechanisms for work (form No. 5);
- proposed subcontractors within the framework of the proposal (Form No. 6);
- qualification criteria for contractors on OT, PB and E (Form No. 7);
- summary questionnaire of the Bidder's technical data (form No. 8);
- constituent, accounting, authorization documents of the company in accordance with the attached list of documents;
- protocol of disagreements to the draft agreement (if required).

If your company has been prequalified for a year, then it is enough to send:
- bid for participation;
- Technical and Commercial Proposal form 1 (excel and signed scan);
- agreement with the draft agreement or protocol of disagreement to the agreement (if required);
- checklist for OT and PB (Form 7 in the Requirements Specification).
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
