Payment terms:Payment is made by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account, within 60 calendar days from the date of invoicing for the services rendered. Consider other payment options.
Delivery terms:The planned period for the provision of services is from January 15 to February 15, 2024, the cost of services according to the list is fixed until 03/31/2024. The medical institution must have all the necessary licenses to provide these services.

Comments:
Competitive bidding processes for the right to conclude a service agreement in accordance with the Terms of Reference are conducted to determine a Supplier with a minimum fixed price. The winner is determined based on the cost and evaluation criteria. With the Supplier who submitted the best offer for the ENTIRE LOT, subject to all terms of reference.

1. Please ask all questions about the procedure with the help of the functionality of the E-Marketplace (requests for clarification).
2. To their proposals in electronic form, the Bidders of this procedure MUST, prior to the bids opening, attach the applicant's Application Form and documents according to the list simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the Bidder organization of this procedure.
3. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the Bidder of the procedure of the requirements for providing the necessary documentation, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this Bidder.
The validity period of the suppliers' offer is at least 30 days.
4. The medical institution must have all the necessary licenses for the provision of these services (the Bidder provides supporting documents at the same time as the commercial offer).
5. The cost, conditions and terms of delivery of products must be unchanged for the entire period of delivery (specify in the commercial offer).

Note: This request for proposals is not a Bid Notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
