Comments: LLC "Albazino Resources" requests to provide a commercial offer for the provision of services by a crane with a lifting capacity of 50 tons for loading and unloading of various goods and materials (containers, bulk, equipment) during navigation 2022 in the village of Oglongi.
Place of service provision:
Berth No. 1 in the village of Oglongi, Polina Osipenko district, Khabarovsk Territory, on 9 km of the left bank of the Somninskaya Bayou, coordinates of the village of Oglongi (Latitude 52.93589518099043; Longitude 138.8936142832914).
Terms of service provision:
Start date: 10.05.2022;
Completion date: 31.10.2022.
It is possible to increase the period of service provision when extending navigation.
Scope of services:
The scope of services provided is determined by the daily application for the implementation of the PRR in accordance with the work schedule. Working hours - daily 7 days a week from 8-00 to 20-00 with a lunch break from 12:00-14:00.
Technical requirements:
To provide services using a crane g/p 50 t of the following characteristics:
- crane base: short;
- Country of origin: Imported (preferably Japan);
- the year of manufacture is not older than 2005;
- 4x4 wheel formula (all-wheel drive);
- availability of satellite GPS/GLONASS/GSM monitoring of the movement of equipment;
- registered with Rostechnadzor.
The crane must have linings for outriggers, a minimum set of serviceable lifting devices (it is mandatory to have a passport for each sling):
and also by other means in accordance with the internal regulations of the Customer (flashing beacon, first aid kit, fire extinguishers, anti-rollback stops, etc.).
Requirements for the Contractor:
In accordance with p. 13. "Responsibility and obligations of the Contractor", p. 14 "Mandatory requirements for the Contractor" and p. 15 "Mandatory requirements for the Contractor for OT and PB" of the Terms of Reference
Delivery of equipment to the place of rendering services and back:
The customer has the opportunity to assist in the delivery of equipment, spare parts and consumables to the place of rendering services from the warehouse in Komsomolsk-on-Amur and back (the cost of relocation is not included in the calculation of the tariff).
Fuel supply:
The Contractor independently enters into a contract for the supply of fuel with Polymetal DV LLC (the operator for the supply and refueling of fuel at the Customer's site).
Current fuel prices in February 2022 per 1 kg excluding VAT 20%:
DT EURO grade C type 3 (DT-L-K5) – 64.74 rub;
DT EURO Class 2 type 3 (DT-Z-K5) – 72.58rub;
DT EURO Class 3 type 3 (DT-A-K5) - 70.15 rub;
Gasoline AI-92 – 73.16 rubles;
The cost of fuel is specified with the operator at the conclusion of the contract.
Accommodation, meals, delivery of the Contractor's personnel to the Customer's facility:
1. At the Customer's facility (the territory of the Albazinsky GOK and the village of Oglonga, Khabarovsk Krai, Polina Osipenko district), the Customer organizes meals, accommodation and household services for the Contractor's personnel at his own expense (expenses are not included in the calculation of the cost of services);
2. Delivery of personnel to the Customer's facility (the territory of the Albazinsky GOK and the village of Oglonga, Khabarovsk Krai, Polina Osipenko district) from the collection point (Komsomolsk-on-Amur) and back, is carried out by and at the expense of the Customer (costs are not included in the calculation of the cost of services);
3. Delivery of personnel from the Contractor's location to the collection point (Komsomolsk-on-Amur) and back is provided by the Contractor on its own and at its own expense. The costs must be included by the Contractor in the cost of the work (with the provision of an appropriate cost calculation);
Payment for services:
The Customer undertakes to pay the Contractor funds in the amount of 100% of the cost of the services actually rendered in the reporting month within 15 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act on the provision of Services for the reporting month.

- commercial offer on the official letterhead of the participant signed by an authorized person;
- calculations for the operation of the crane;
- calculations for a simple truck crane;
- permits for the crane (PSM, crane operator's certificate, the first page of the passport with the seal of Rostechnadzor).
