4 The order of price formation. Confirm that the firm cost of the work takes into account all the contractor's expenses related to the execution of the work, including storage and procurement costs.
5 Confirm that the cost calculation takes into account all related work, according to the technological process and design solutions in accordance with the TOR.
6 Availability of SRO for the relevant types of work specified by the TOR. Whether this SRO has a compensation fund to ensure contractual obligations;
Confirmation that the maximum amount of obligations does not exceed the amount of obligations to/a under contracts previously concluded using competitive methods.
