Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment for the Services rendered is made in the following order:
Payment for services rendered for the reporting period of a calendar year with a deferred payment of at least 60 (sixty) and no more than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act on services rendered for the reporting period of the calendar year, subject to the submission of the following documents by the Contractor:
a) accounts;
b) the act on the services rendered (Appendix No. 2 to the Agreement), signed by the Parties;
c) invoices
by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring bills of exchange, etc.
In case of concluding an Agreement with the SME:
the final payment for the Services rendered is made within 15 working days from the date of signing by the Customer signed and sent by the Contractor of the acceptance certificate of the Services provided for the reporting period of the calendar year on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor, by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor or other agreed parties, not contradicting the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring bills of exchange, etc.
Delivery terms:
The start date for the provision of services is 08/01/2021.
The end date for the provision of services is 07/31/2024 inclusive.
The reporting period for granting rights to use the software is each calendar year of the license agreement.
