Preliminary consideration of auction bids
When submitting an auction bid, the bidders need to upload the documents to the System in accordance with the requirements of the auction documentation. On the basis of the received auction bids the Organizer will make decision concerning admission of the bidders to the auction bidding.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:is being carried out in Treaty Payment Russian rubles in cash by transfer of funds on the current account of the executor after the provision of services for the given month within 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date of signing by the parties Certificate of rendered services (in the absence of claims) and the Executive view invoices for payment. The customer's obligation to pay shall be deemed executed at the time of debiting the customer's personal account.
The contract price includes the cost of all expenses necessary for the provision of Executive services in the Treaty, including the cost of services, insurance costs, taxes, duties, fees and other mandatory fees and all other expenses not expressly derived from the Treaty, but are directly related to its execution.
