Payment terms:Payment of the cost of services is made within 90 days after the receipt by the Customer of invoices drawn up in accordance with the Tax Code. Payment form: Cashless payment - Payment order. Calculation by products of Mechel-Materials LLC is possible.
Delivery terms:2020 based on customer requests.
Georeferencing:Russia, Chelyabinsk region, 454047, Chelyabinsk, 2nd Paveletskaya str., 14.
Comments:
This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The customer has the right to refuse all proposals received without imposing liability.

Settlement Procedure: Deferral of payment will be a priority when choosing a Service Provider.

It is possible to submit offers through B2B-mechel.ru electronic platform from those who have previously registered in the System, but who have not received an EDS and have not paid for participation in the System.
Acceptance of proposals to the Organizer’s email address ends 4 hours before the expiration of the request for proposals.
All proposals must be sent to the email address of the Organizer Tender_MM@mechel.ru.
