Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

An application for participation in the trading procedure on the electronic trading platform of the B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru) must be submitted with the rate indicated in rubles, while, without fail, attaching a quotation indicating the rate for the flight in the form of Appendix 1.
Commercial proposal template is provided in Attachment 1 to this RFP. Applications submitted to B2B-Center e-marketplace with no commercial proposal attached (in the form of Attachment 1), will not be considered.
In case the participants have any questions (including those concerning the use of digital signature), they can contact support service using the phone numbers given at the e-marketplace (7610, 7321 extension numbers), as well as they can call the hot line or leave a message via "Support" section.
