The Organizer reserves the right to change the scope, terms of delivery / provision of services, suspend and/or cancel this procedure without evaluating and/or accepting the received Offers, as well as compensation for any costs and/or losses of Participants, with subsequent notification of such suspension and/or cancellation of the procedure to all Participants.
