Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Delivery terms:1) System defect-free product processing and handing them to the first Bill.
2. wash and dry cleaning of uniforms should be made during the 12:00 am from the time of acceptance of goods for processing.
3. Export and shipping of uniforms is carried out by motor transport and the Executive forces.
4. the contractor shall be responsible for safekeeping of received uniforms. In case of loss, damage, replacement clothing Customer Artist will cover the cost of uniforms.

Comments:
the application for participation in trading on the electronic procedure group B2B-Center (www.b2b-center.ru) must be submitted, together with an indication of the stakes in rubles, while putting a mandatory offer in the form of attachment 1.
The proposal form is contained in annex 1 to the present commercial request. Applications submitted on the electronic B2B group-Center without quotation, filled in form (annex 1), will not be taken into account.
