The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Comments:
This selection procedure shall be held in compliance with "Regulations on the procurement activities" of PAO "RKK Energia".
This selection procedure is not a contest, and it is not governed by articles 447-449 of part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this selection procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
This selection procedure is not subject to the provisions of Federal Law No. 44-FZ of 05.04.2013. "On the Contract System of the Federal and Municipal Procurement of Goods, Works and Services".
This selection procedure is not subject to the provisions of Federal Law No. №223-FZ of July 18, 2011. "On procurement of goods, works and services by certain types of legal entities".
Technical requirements specification shall be provided based on the request by any interested person within 1 (one) business day after receipt of the respective inquiry. The request shall be submitted in accordance with the Regulations of B2B-Center on the company's letterhead paper bearing the company's seal and signature of an authorized person ans specifying the e-mail address to send the requirements specification.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
