Set of documents required for the conclusion of the contract:

- Certificate of registration for tax registration (TIN);
- Certificate of state registration of legal entity;
- Profit and loss statement for the last tax period, VAT and income tax declaration with tax mark for the last reporting period;
- Balance sheet;
- Information on the average number of employees according to the form of CPD 1110018;
- Charter (full); $
- If the activity is licensed, then licenses with applications;
- Decision on appointment of the head;
- Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- Confirmation of the powers of the signatory of the contract.
- Documents confirming the ownership of the vehicle, in case of lease of the vehicle to provide the lease agreement.
