Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
6.1. The total cost of the services provided by the CONTRACTOR under the CONTRACT, as well as the costs of the CONTRACTOR to be reimbursed in accordance with clause 3.4 of the Agreement may not exceed 1 999 000 (One million nine hundred ninety nine thousand) rubles 00 kopecks, VAT is not provided in accordance with Art. 346.11, ch. 26.2 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, and includes the amount of remuneration for the EXECUTOR, the cost of the air carrier's services, in accordance with the existing tariffs, taxes, fees of the air carrier, as well as all taxes and fees, and other payments that the EXECUTOR must pay in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
6.2. Payment for the services of the CONTRACTOR is carried out on the basis of the Tariffs (Appendix No. 1) upon the provision of services. The cost of units of services specified in Appendix No. 1 is fixed and is not subject to change during the entire validity period of the AGREEMENT.
6.3. Payment of expenses of the CONTRACTOR, subject to reimbursement by the CUSTOMER in accordance with clause 3.4, is carried out on the basis of the Report on expenses incurred by the CUSTOMER with the attachment of copies of supporting primary documents against the invoice of the EXECUTOR.
