Per-item bid submission
Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The customer shall pay for all the services actually rendered by the executor within 20 working days from the moment of providing the original complete set of documents by the executor.
Delivery terms:Terms of rendering services-from the moment of signing by the parties of the Agreement for rendering services on December 31, 2020, with the possibility of prolongation.

Thus, this procedure of request for proposals does not impose on the customer any civil legal obligations in respect of the participants of the purchase.
