Обоснование: В соответствии с п. 15.2.2 Положения о закупке ФГУП «РЧЦ ЦФО» закупка признана не состоявшейся. В соответствии с п. 15.4.2 Положения о закупке ФГУП «РЧЦ ЦФО» Комиссией принято решение заключить с ООО «ИНДУСТРИЯ АВТОМАТИЗАЦИИ» договор на следующих условиях: цена договора – 1 942 857,00 руб (Один миллион девятьсот сорок две тысячи восемьсот пятьдесят семь рублей 00 копеек) с учетом НДС.
