Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:the payment is based on the 100% prepayment within 30 (thirty) banking days from the date of conclusion of the contract and the date of receipt of the invoice by the customer, in the form of non-cash settlement. Payment is effected in rubles at the exchange rate of the Central Bank on the day of payment of the invoice.

Comments:
This procedure for requesting price is not a contest, and it is not governed by articles 447-449 of part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The procedure for requesting price competition is not public and not governed by articles 1057-1061, part two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
This procedure is not associated with placing an order for State and municipal needs, so it is not governed by the provisions of federal law No. 44-FZ from 05.04.2013 g. "The contract system in the area of procurement of goods, works and services for public and municipal needs.
This procedure is not governed by the provisions of Federal Act No. 223-FZ of July 18, 2011 "On procurement of goods, works and services certain types of legal entities".
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
