Auto-extension

Payment terms:The calculation for the Services rendered per month is made in the following order:
Payment for services rendered per month with a deferred payment of at least 60 (sixty) and no more than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act on the services rendered per month, subject to the submission of the following documents by the Contractor:
a) accounts;
b) the act on the services rendered (Appendix No. 2 to the Agreement), signed by the Parties;
c) invoices
by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring bills of exchange, etc.
In case of concluding an Agreement with the SME:
Payment for the Services rendered per month is made within 15 working days from the date of signing by the Customer signed and sent by the Contractor of the acceptance certificate for the Services rendered per month on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor, by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor or other agreed parties that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring bills of exchange, etc. The invoice is issued by the Contractor on time and in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
