Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
The payment for the Services rendered is made in the following order:
The final payment for the rendered Stage of services with a delay of at least 60 not more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of delivery and acceptance of the rendered services, subject to the submission of the following documents by the Contractor:
a) accounts;
b) the act of delivery and acceptance of the rendered Stage of services, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
If the Performer is a MSP.
- The final payment for the rendered Stage of services is made within 15 working days from the date of signing by the Customer of the act of acceptance of the rendered Stage of services signed and sent by the Contractor on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor, by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account or other agreed parties that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
