Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Comments:
Технико-коммерческое предложение должно состоять из 2-х частей: технической (Приложение 2-5 и Приложения 6)Коммерческой (Форма КП), утвержденных руководителем и заверенные печатью. В технической части не допускается информация, относящаяся к коммерческой части (т.е. стоимости, условий оплаты и др.).
Обращаем внимание на то, что заявки принимаются только от Поставщиков, прошедших Аккредитации: 1) № 178 - Общая аккредитация; 2) № 373- Аккредитация по ОТ и ПБ;3) № 374-Аккредитация по устойчивому развитию. Поставщики, не прошедшие данные аккредитации, не могут быть выбраны в качестве победителя тендерных процедур.
