Payment terms:" Расчет за оказанные услуги по отдельному этапу (за месяц) производится путем перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет Исполнителя по истечении 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с момента приемки оказанных услуг (за месяц).
Расчет производится на основании актов о приемке оказанных услуг, справок о стоимости оказанных услуг и затрат, и выставленных Исполнителем счетов-фактур (при необходимости – других расчетных документов).
Заказчик производит оплату в соответствии с Графиком платежей (Приложение № 4), согласованным с Исполнителем. График платежей не может противоречить п.3.1. настоящего договора.
Стороны ежеквартально производят сверку расчетов. Результаты расчетов оформляются актом и предоставляются Исполнителем до 10 числа месяца, следующего за отчетным кварталом."
