Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment terms:
1. A deposit of 20% of the total cost within ten (10) days from date of invoice on the basis of an invoice issued by the Executor;
2. Artist makes the provision of services in the amount of prepayment. Repayment of advance payment made by set-off the value of services actually rendered and actually incurred costs reimbursed by the Contractor.
3. If the cost of services rendered and the Contractor's costs associated with their provision exceeds the amount of advance payment, the customer pays the cost of services rendered and the Contractor's costs associated with their provision, within 10 (ten) business days after the date of signing the Act of Acceptance of rendered services on the basis of invoices issued by the Contractor.
4. Final payment - within 10 (ten) business days after the date the Parties sign the Act of acceptance of services rendered on the basis of invoices issued by the Contractor.
5. At the end of the performance of obligations under this Agreement, if the cost of services rendered and the costs associated with the provision of the Services will be less than the advance payment, the Contractor within 5 (five) working days after the date the Parties sign the Act of acceptance of services rendered, returns the balance of the customer's bank account specified in section 14 hereof.
