The Organizer has set a requirement as to the supplier's not being recorded in the register of mala fide suppliers. Supplier's compliance with this requirement shall be checked by the Organizer on their own.

Requirements to the bidders:
Участвовать в открытом запросе цен может любое юридическое лицо, физическое лицо, в том числе индивидуальный предприниматель. При проведении запроса цен на ЭТП, такое лицо должно быть зарегистрировано на соответствующей ЭТП в качестве Участника ЭТП, а также в качестве Участника настоящего запроса цен.
Однако чтобы претендовать на победу в запросе цен и получение права заключить с Заказчиком Договор, Участник запроса цен должен отвечать отборочным требованиям, установленным в пп. 2.3.7.2 Конкурсной документации.

Конкурсную документацию участники смогут получить на сайтах www.zakupki.gov.ru, www.b2b-mrsk.ru (в соответствии с Регламентом работы ЭТП) и на сайте ПАО «МРСК «Северо-Запада» www.mrsksevzap.ru в разделе «Закупки».
Tender bids:
Заявки должны быть оформлены по форме, представленной в Конкурсной документации, на русском языке, все цены должны быть указаны в российских рублях. Заявки предоставляются в электронный сейф Организатора закупки на ЭТП, в соответствии с действующим Регламентом работы ЭТП www.b2b-mrsk.ru в срок, установленный Извещением и Конкурсной документацией.
Предоставление Конкурсной заявки на бумажном носителе не требуется.
Contract award criteria:
