Per-item bid submission:Not applicable. Proposal shall cover the entire lot.
Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment for the services rendered is made monthly by transferring non-cash funds to the Contractor's current account for the services actually rendered within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of signing the certificate of services rendered.
Delivery terms:The partner must provide the following information:

1. Tariff schedule for the services and services provided
2. List of logistics operators available for connection
3. Availability of support service
