Auto-extension

The fuel and lubricants executor with the re-submission of the invoice.

The Contractor provides himself with means of transportation and mechanization of work independently.

Comments:
1. More detailed information is provided in the terms of reference.

2. Mandatory appendices to the Technical and Commercial Proposal are:
- completed form of the offer card;
- calculation of the contract price (estimated calculation) with transcripts of cost items;
- calendar plan/ maintenance schedules;
- information on personnel, material and technical resources, on the list and annual volumes of execution of similar contracts;
- documents in accordance with the attached list;
- protocol of disagreements to the draft Agreement;
- other documents that, in the Bidder's opinion, confirm its compliance with the established requirements, with appropriate comments explaining the purpose of providing these documents.
- if for any reason the Bidder is unable to provide the required document, he must attach a certificate drawn up in any form explaining the reason for the absence of the required document, as well as containing assurances to the Company in accordance with the Bidder's requirement.

3. Criteria for choosing the best offer: cost, terms of payment, degree of compliance of the technical proposal with the terms of reference; duration of work; work experience in performing similar work; qualification of personnel involved in the performance of work


4. This offer request procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;

5. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.;
Thus, this offer request procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Customer.

6. The attached Agreement is not a public offer, however, the terms of the Agreement will be binding on the Competitive Bidding process winner.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
