Delivery terms:1. Equipment, tools and fixtures for the production of work are provided in full by forces and at the expense of the Contractor.
2. Delivery of measuring instruments from the location (account. "Nezhdaninsky") to the place of repair and verification to the production site of the Contractor and back is completely carried out by forces and at the expense of the Customer.
3. The packaging of the scales towards the Contractor is carried out by forces and at the expense of the Customer, and back by forces and at the expense of the Contractor.

Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose on the Customer the corresponding volume of civil obligations.
