Comments:
1. More detailed information is set out in the terms of reference.
2. A commercial offer must be sent:
1. A completed offer card and annexes to it;
2. Detailed calculation of the cost of work;
3. Scanned copies of the Contractor's documentation according to the attached list;
4. Reference list about the experience of similar work, reviews, recommendations.
5. Protocol of disagreements to the Customer's agreement, if any.
6. Criteria for choosing the best offer: availability of the necessary documents for conducting business, work experience, quality, terms of work, cost, payment terms.
7. This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
8. This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
9. The attached Agreement is not a public offer, however, the terms of the Agreement will be binding on the winner of the auction.
