When submitting an application, it is necessary to fill out a counterparty card according to the model of PJSC "Zvezda", in the counterparty card indicate the amount of the contract, terms of payment and delivery, as in the commercial proposal. Participants who have not submitted the TCH and the completed counterparty card will not be considered. We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) and is not regulated by Articles 447-449, Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and Article 1057-1061, Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the participants.
