Payment terms:Advance payment is not provided. Payment within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt and provision of original certificates of services rendered
Delivery terms:3.1. The Contractor is obliged to provide the Customer with a Certificate of Services rendered within 2 (two) business days after the end date of the provision of services.
3.2. The Customer, within 10 (ten) business days from the date of receipt from the Contractor of the Certificate of Services Rendered, is obliged to check the quality of the services rendered and, in the absence of comments, sign the Certificate of Services Rendered or make reasonable claims on the quality of services rendered.
3.3. The Contractor undertakes to provide the services within the time limits set by the Agreement.

The location and number of racks by objects (cities) is indicated in Appendix No. 2.

2. To their proposals in electronic form, the Bidders of this procedure MUST attach the applicant's BID and the documents according to the BID at the same time as submitting the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial offer (indicating the terms of the service) signed by an authorized person and stamped by the Bidder organization of this procedure on the letterhead of their organization before bids opening. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the Bidder of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this Bidder.

Note: this request for proposals is not a Bid Notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders
