Please note, that this request is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
The supplier is obliged to deliver on its own. The attraction of third parties is allowed only with the prior written permission of the Customer.
By submitting an offer, the Supplier ensures that it is a bona fide taxpayer. At the request of the Customer, the Supplier is obliged to provide tax statements for the last reporting period certified by the tax authority.
If there is no tax report or does not allow to be sure with sufficient confidence in the integrity of the Supplier, the Customer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of self-delivery of materials Supplier, including but not limited to: an extract from the staffing schedule with the application of copies of the employment contracts of persons involved in the delivery, information about the presence of the property or the right to rent: office, warehouse, production space, equipment/tool/mechanisms, vehicles.

Payment is made within 30 bank days of signing the acts of the completed works by transferring the money to the Supplier's checking account.
