The file "TK of VITA 2020 electrical testing" contains sheets, "Price List", "Final Competition"
The "Price List" sheet contains information with the types of work; an offer must be made at a price for each type of work, excluding VAT;
The "Competition Summary" sheet in the column titled "Costs per 1 joint-stock company, rubles without VAT". This price must be paid on the electronic trading platform.
Confirmation of the price offer is carried out by the application of the settlement file with the preservation of all sheets.

This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or competition, does not fall under the scope of Article.Article. 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the occurrence of legal obligations of the Customer at the choice of the supplier.
