Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment of rendered Services is carried out on the basis of the original invoice issued by the Executor, by transfer of funds to the account of the Executor, after documentary confirmation in accordance with the provisions of the Contract of rendering Executor of Services, within 40 (forty) working days from the moment of signing of the ACT on rendering of services by the Customer, and after receipt of the original invoice by the Customer, decorated in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the RUSSIAN Federation.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
