Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment is made for the actual volume of services provided in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to this Agreement. The basis for payment for the services rendered for the Objects of technical operation are Acts of services rendered, signed by the Customer, an invoice. Payment is made by the Customer within 50 (fifty), but not earlier than 45 calendar days after signing the Certificate of Services Rendered.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
