Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Comments:
The technical and commercial proposal should consist of: technical (Appendix 2-5, Appendix No. 6) and Commercial (the KP form will be available in the 2nd stage), approved by the head and stamped. In the technical part, information related to the commercial part is not allowed (i.e. cost, payment terms, etc.). Please note that applications are accepted only from Suppliers who have passed Accreditation: 1) No. 396 - General accreditation; 2) No. 645 - questionnaire on OT and PB. Suppliers who have not passed the accreditation data cannot be selected as the winner of requests for proposals.
