Payment terms:Payment for cargo transportation services is made by the customer in 100% of the amount, by means of transfer of funds including VAT 20%, to the account of the carrier within 30 (thirty) days from the date of providing the original financial document and A signed consignment note confirming the delivery of the goods.

1. Questionnaire (on the enclosed form)
2. The participant must provide the organizer with a scan copy of the following documents:
- Charter
- Certificate of State Registration of legal entity;
- Certificate of registration with the tax authority;
- Documents confirming the authority of the person to perform actions under the contract (signing of the contract, specifications thereto, etc.);
- An order to enter the head of the company, a document on the extension of his powers, a power of attorney for a person who is not the head of the enterprise;
- Balance sheet and Profit and loss statement for the last reporting date preceding the date of conclusion of the contract (for taxpayers of simplified taxes-copies of declarations in accordance with the applicable tax regimes).
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
