To the offers in electronic form to participants of the given procedure it IS necessary before opening of envelopes to attach the applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with submission of the offer and file in the form of scanned copy of its commercial The proposal signed by the authorized person and stamped by the organization-participant of this procedure. In the Case of failure or improper fulfillment by the participant of the said requirements, the organizer reserves the right not to consider the proposal of the participant.
