Set of documents required for the conclusion of the contract:
1. Extract from the USRLE
2. A copy of the Declaration on the VAT with certificate of filing by the tax authority.
3. Certificate of state registration of legal entity
4. Certificate of registration of legal entity with the tax authorities
5. Certificate of no outstanding tax liability issued not earlier than 30 days before the submission date.
6. Charter
7. Accounting statements for the last reporting period.
When filing com. tenders must be attached: "Schedule of work execution", "List of similar work indicating Customers and periods of work" and "Positive feedback from customers on similar work".
Mandatory submission of a commercial proposal on letterhead indicating the price per unit of work (excluding VAT).
Filing an application for one of the types of work is not accepted for consideration.
This request for proposals procedure is not a tender, and its conduct is not governed by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The Organizer has the right to refuse the proposals received for any reason or to terminate the price request procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the participants in the request for proposals.
