Set of documents required for the conclusion of the contract:
1. Extract from the USRLE
2. A copy of the Declaration on the VAT with certificate of filing by the tax authority.
3. Certificate of state registration of legal entity
4. Certificate of registration of legal entity with the tax authorities
5. Certificate of no outstanding tax liability issued not earlier than 30 days before the submission date.
6. Charter
7. Financial statements for the last reporting period.
When submitting com. bids for the auction must be attached: "Schedule of work execution", "A list of similar works with an indication of customers and periods of work" and "Positive feedback from customers on similar works".
Mandatory submission of a commercial proposal on a letterhead indicating the price per unit of work (excluding VAT).
Submission of an application for one of the types of work is not accepted for consideration.
This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The organizer has the right to refuse received offers for any reason or to terminate the request for quotation procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants of the request for proposals.
