Set of documents required for the conclusion of the contract:
1. Extract from the USRLE
2. A copy of the Declaration on the VAT with certificate of filing by the tax authority.
3. Certificate of state registration of legal entity
4. Certificate of registration of legal entity with the tax authorities
5. Certificate of no outstanding tax liability issued not earlier than 30 days before the submission date.
6. Charter
7. Accounting statements for the last reporting period.

When filing com. bids must be attached: "Schedule of work execution", "List of similar works indicating Customers and periods of work" and "Positive feedback from customers on similar works".
Obligatory provision of a commercial proposal on letterhead indicating the price per unit of work (excluding VAT).
Filing an application for one of the types of work is not accepted for consideration
