Payment terms:Payment for Services shall be made no later than 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the invoice and the invoice issued on the basis of the Act on the Provision of Services signed by the Parties.
The Customer has the right to pay for the provision of Services on prepayment terms based on the invoice. The Contractor issues an invoice to the Customer for payment of the advance payment no later than the 5th (fifth) day of the current month. The invoice amount is determined based on the estimated volume of Services provided in the current reporting period. The Contractor shall pre-coordinate the invoice amount with the Customer. Payment of the advance payment agreed by the Parties shall be made by the Customer until the 25th (twenty-fifth) day of the current month.

Bidders OF THE PROCEDURE FOR INFORMATION!
1. Acceptance of bids for participation in the procurement procedure takes place on the electronic platform B2B-Center Platform until 05/31/2024 16-00. The bid must be accompanied by a scan of the completed information about the applicant, a scan of the completed qualification questionnaire for the PBiOT with appendices and experience in providing similar services (performing work).
2. The rebidding date will be indicated additionally.
3. The cost of offers is indicated in rubles for the full volume of services provided (work performed) excluding VAT.


Note: this price request is not a Bid Notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
