rendering financial services in providing credit resources in the form of a revolving credit line in amount of 1 000 000 000 (one billion) rubles on the following conditions: the purpose of the loan, for the financing of economic activity, including to refinance loans; the duration of the credit line is not less than 60 months; the crediting period (tranche) of no more than 36 months from the date of issue; the maximum duration of the trenches under the Treaty shall be 36 months; the interest rate is not more than 9.8% p.a. interest rate includes interest payments, all commissions, advisory and other acquisition costs and/or funding; the proposed collateral-without securing; possibility of preschedule repayment without penalty fees and other sanctions; free of charge opening of credit line (reservation fee, etc.); lack of payment for use of the credit line limit.
