This request for quotation sent in accordance with the Tender Rules of the Organizer of the tender as part of the inquiry procedure, commercial proposals, which (as of the tender) is not an offer, auction or tender and its implementation are not regulated by Art. 447-449 of the Civil Code and is not a public competition and is governed by Articles 1057-1065 of the Civil Code.
2. Commercial offer must fully comply with the requirements / criteria set forth in the Terms of Reference (BOM) for the provision of services.
3. Without the provision of all documents specified in the request (or in the case of inadmissibility) the organization will not be allowed to tender.
4. Addresses of territorial location of production departments of the company (the place of performance of works) specified in the Terms of Reference.
