Geography of objects from Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky to Murmansk. Full list of objects in the procurement documentation. Proposals from companies capable of securing at least 30% of the total number of objects will be considered.

This procedure is not a competition, its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447–449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
