Payment terms:Advance payment is not provided for.
Payment is made upon the fact by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor within 30-60 calendar days after the Contractor fulfills obligations to perform work / provide services and receive the Customer primary documents.
The payment term under the contract is determined by the participant independently from the specified range and is set in the contract concluded with him (the preferred payment term is 60 calendar days).
The decision on choosing a winner will be made on the most favorable terms for PJSC TATNEFT using a financial calculator (Appendix No. 7)
Delivery terms:From the date of conclusion of the contract (but no later than 06/01/2020) to 12/31/2022

Comments:
The lot will be raffled without reduction and rebidding. The selection of the winner will be based on a single offer. Notification of the results of the procedure will be available in the tab "Files uploaded by the organizer" after summing up. One company can not pick up more than 5 lots of the total purchase volume.

ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ!!:В связи с участившимися случаями необоснованного отказа от поданного коммерческого предложения / от заключения договора, принято решение об изменении правил включения Участников закупочных процедур в стоп-лист ПАО «Татнефть». В случае первого необоснованного отказа – включение в стоп-лист сроком на 6 месяцев, в случае повторного отказа – на постоянной основе.
ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ!!!:В случае отсутствия справки ФНС по форме КНД 1120101, данный документ возможно предоставить в течение 3-х рабочих дней после завершения процедуры. С 14.01.2019 в тендерных процедурах, где организатором является ПАО «Татнефть» (Центр закупок) продление сроков завершения тендера НЕ предусмотрено! В связи с чем, необходимо заблаговременно подать свое предложение. Лот будет разыгран без проведения редукциона и переторжек. Выбор победителя будет осуществляться на основании единственного предложения. Извещение о результатах процедуры будет доступно во вкладке "Файлы, загруженные организатором" после подведения итогов.
