4) It is imperative to provide a certificate: Form for KND 1110058, approved by Order of the Federal Tax Service of Russia dated November 15, 2016 No. ММВ-7-17 / 615 (a copy of the consent with the receipt of acceptance by the tax authority is attached.
5) At the first stage, it is obligatory to provide all the necessary documentation and commercial proposal in accordance with the TOR. Contractors who do not provide all the necessary documentation and kp are not allowed to the second stage
