Auto-extension

The price must include delivery to the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:Delivery by the supplier (own transport/transport company) within 14 days after signing the delivery contract.

Comments:
1. Alternative material replacement is not allowed.

2. A prerequisite is the provision of constituent documents:
- The Charter;
- Certificate of registration with the tax authority (TIN);
- Certificate of state registration of a legal entity (OGRN);
- Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (valid not earlier than 90 days);
- A decision (protocol) on the appointment of a manager or a power of attorney for the right to conclude a contract;
- A company card with bank details, address, phone numbers, etc. signed by the head and chief accountant.

3. It is necessary to ensure the availability of a quality certificate, a safety data sheet for the product, as well as other documents confirming the quality. The documents must be in Russian.
4. All additional conditions are stipulated in the attached contract.
- We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a Bid Notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
