Please take into account the following conditions:
1. It is mandatory to sign or have a signed NDA nondisclosure agreement in the attachment (if you signed it earlier, please duplicate it as part of the offer).
2. I ask you to consider the file "Criteria for a Bidder" as a questionnaire and give a detailed answer to each item, if necessary, with copies of documents attached. It is mandatory to provide:
- Certificates, Licenses, RHI;
- list of staff + official document (without passport data, list of full name, date of commencement of work + License) for a list of qualified security personnel;
- Clients' references / reviews in the form of scanned copies in a zip file.
3. In the proposal it is necessary to attach a calculation of the cost of the post, services, based on the recommendations of the FCC ROS or using their methodology.
4. The proposal must indicate the contact persons.
5. Signing an agreement according to the Yandex LLC template. Market is required. The party to the contract on the part of the Participant is a legal entity that has submitted an offer for participation.
Replacement of a legal entity on the part of the Participant before the submission of proposals is possible only with written notification to us and obtaining approval from our side.
6. The calculation of the cost must be attached in an editable format, the template of our commercial proposal form to be filled in in the attachment, I draw your attention to the first item - "Chief of Security", where in cell F6 you need to indicate your calculation according to the formula, all other cells will calculate the total amount in Month / year automatically.
We are waiting for your proposal no later than 05/19/2021 until 17:00 (Moscow time).
We also notify that the commercial proposal sent by you will be analyzed on the basis of all received applications from other Participants of the request for proposals at a time. The decision will be made and made at a time to all Participants of the request for proposals.
