Payment terms:
Recommended payment terms: the buyer pays by transferring funds to the Supplier’s bank account in the following order: 100% payment within 60 calendar days from the receipt of the goods at the Buyer's warehouse. Transportation costs shall be included into the products cost.
Delivery terms:
within 60 (thirty) calendar days upon signing the contract and specification The Supplier delivers the goods at his own expense and on his own to the Buyer's warehouse. Quality certificate or another document certifying the quality of the products shall be produced when the supplied item becomes available. The supplied item shall be new and not restored. When the goods are being shipped, the Buyer needs to be notified and provided with the copies of the following documents: invoices, TORG-12 and documents confirming the shipment of goods through the Carrier.
