The parameters, quality and technical characteristics, consumer properties of the Goods must meet the requirements of quality, safety of life and health, as well as other requirements of certification, safety (sanitary norms and rules, state standards), licensing, if such requirements are imposed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Product packaging must provide protection from moisture.
The Supplier guarantees that the Goods supplied under the Contract are manufactured in accordance with the standards and specifications of the manufacturer.
Replacement of defective goods is carried out by and at the expense of the supplier.
This product must be new and not previously used.
Replacement of the defective Goods shall not exceed 10 days from the date of receipt of the claim from the Customer to the Supplier.
